A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go toward your total service.
$100 deposit – New permanent makeup appointments
Deposits must be paid within 24 hours, or your appointment will be canceled.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please make sure you are a good candidate before your appointment.
If you are not eligible upon arrival:
• Your appointment will be canceled
• Your deposit will be forfeited
Important (Permanent Makeup):
Do not use any anti-aging, acne, or exfoliating products on the treatment area for at least 4 weeks before your appointment.
No call / no show = deposit forfeited
A new deposit is required to rebook.
We require at least 72 hours notice to reschedule.
• Less than 72 hours = deposit forfeited
• Appointments can only be rescheduled once

Arriving more than 30 minutes late will result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

During touch ups we can add more depth to your brows as well as add in spots that may have faded and need to more color. How well your brows heal is very dependent on each person and how well you take care of your brows according to the after-care instructions. Touch-ups are generally needed to achieve desired results. Additional touch-up appointments will be charged depending on the timeframe from your last appointment. If you have an existing eyebrow tattoo, depending on the fading and color, it may require laser removal to achieve the hyper-realistic Nano Brow results.
Touch-ups are done no earlier than six weeks after your initial procedure and no later than twelve. If you do not schedule your eyebrow tattoo touch-up within twelve weeks, you will be required to pay the touch-up fee outlined in the touch-up schedule. At the touch-up, we assess the color retention and make adjustments as necessary. Everyone heals differently and at different rates. If your cosmetic tattoo does not heal perfectly the first time, do not worry! We can always go bolder and add more density as well as correct any irregularities in the hair strokes during the touch-up. Some clients do not need a touch up, we call this one and done, as these clients will not need to be seen until 18-24+ months for a color boost touch up.
Ongoing Touch Ups
When your eyebrows start to fade, that generally means it’s time for a touch up. Every time you come into the studio for an appointment, it is your responsibility to ensure you stay a good candidate, stopping all anti-aging skin care, lightening, brightening, acne etc. skincare products 4 weeks prior to any appointment. Please review the FAQs section if you need a refresher. Don’t forget, when it comes to permanent makeup, it takes two to tango!
By approval only. Please email us to discuss your options BEFORE booking. If you have ever had permanent makeup on your brows before, you must let us know prior to booking so we can make sure it is faded enough. This is true no matter how light they look to you, or how long it’s been since they were done. Failure to do so may result in disappointment and loss of deposit if you arrive to your appointment without prior approval. A consultation is required for approval. If it is determined that the previous permanent makeup can be worked over/covered/corrected, you will need to remove the brows with laser before proceeding with the Hyper-Realistic Nano Brow Technique.
All gift certificates are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. It must be presented at the time of service. A credit will apply to the recipient’s account for future usage. All gift certificates must be redeemed within 2 years of original purchase date, no exceptions. No gift certificate will be accepted past the expiration date.
Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We do not allow family, friends, boyfriends, husbands, children, and/or pets to accompany you in the procedure room. Please plan accordingly.
Permanent makeup results will vary with each individual client and are extremely dependent on how one heals and follows pre-care and aftercare instructions. Successful results are not guaranteed (especially on those with problematic skin) and additional sessions, at an additional charge, may be required to obtain desired results. Although we use premium products and provide quality service, every client heals differently, and many factors can lead to varied results. We will not start the procedure until you agree on the shape and the color. All services provided are non-refundable. Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made, and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.
Clients understand and acknowledge that proper hydration, overall health, lifestyle factors, and adherence to pre and post care instructions can significantly influence treatment effectiveness. Dehydration, poor healing response, certain medications, underlying health conditions, and other individual factors may reduce or delay visible results.
Luxe uses advanced technology and clinically appropriate protocols, results cannot be guaranteed. By proceeding with treatment, the client acknowledges that suboptimal results may occur and that additional sessions may be recommended to achieve desired outcomes.
Our prices are subject to change anytime without notice. Anytime we have a price increase, the increase will apply to all appointments booked after the price increase date; original price will be honored for all appointments scheduled before price increase.
No guarantees can be made during corrective work. If for any reason you decide to go elsewhere for your touch up, please note that Luxe will no longer do future touch up appointments on you.
There will be no exceptions to these policies. By booking your appointment with Luxe, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all of our policies.
